Check In 

From 3pm. 

Keys will be left in the key safe for you. 

Ask if earlier check in is possible.

Check out 

Before 10am.

Return keys to the key safe. 

Ask if late check out is possible.

Please leave the apartment as you found it.

Ensure dishes are washed & put away.

Please remove all of your items, including food, personal items & rubbish.

Laundry

Please leave laundry in a pile, in the shower room for collection.

~

Rubbish

If you have rubbish to throw away, the waste skips can be found just outside of the complex. 

Leave through the main entrance gate, turn left and walk past the surf shop. 

The waste skips are located directly at the end of the pathway, opposite the Fuerchina shop, almost on the roundabout.

Rubbish should only be placed in the skips between 20:00 - 2:00. 

If you are leaving before this time, please place rubbish in the skips before you leave. 

If you leave rubbish inside or outside the apartment, it will NOT get collected.

Cleaning

The linen, towels and cleaning will be supplied once before you arrive. 

If you want your linen or towels changed or an additional clean during your stay, extra charges will apply. 

Please let us know if this is required, so that we can let you know the costs and arrange it for you.

Wifi

The wifi log on can be found attached to the router.

 ~

Important rules! 

Do not smoke or vape in the apartment, to avoid fire risk inside. Only on the balcony please!

Do not allow small children up on the mezzanine floor unsupervised, it can be dangerous.

Do not leave electronic devices on the bed or sofa, leave on a hard surface, to avoid fire caused by heat.

BBQ's are not allowed on the complex at all!

Do not drink the water from the taps, it is not drinking water! It's fine to brush your teeth with though.

The hob surface stays hot for a while after use, please ensure there is nothing resting on it that can catch fire i.e. tea towels/chopping boards.
