The apartment is located in the Oasis Papagayo resort* set just on the edge of Corralejo town with its own communal pools and a pool bar.

The apartment is on the first floor, in the quiet part of the complex, away from the road. 

It is a 2-minute walk to the pool area. 

The apartment has a lounge/diner with a double sofa bed.

A kitchenette. 

1 shower room.

 1 super king size (or twin) bedroom on the same floor. 

It also has a second double bedroom, located on the mezzanine floor, above the lounge.

There is an outdoor balcony overlooking the palm trees & resort grounds.

From the balcony you get a glimpse of the sea if you look to the right and the pool if you look straight ahead.

Perfect for couples, a family or a group of 4 friends.

*Recent history of Oasis Papagayo:

The complex used to be a sports resort hotel until the impact of COVID meant it unfortunately dissolved as a business. 

Since then the residents have formed a community and are on a journey to restoring it to it's former glory.

The  large pool area and the properties are lovely, and the flora is mature and beautiful, with lots of lovely palm trees, but it still needs a bit of love here and there. 

There are  a couple of buildings that were formally a reception and an onsite restaurant that are currently closed and 1 of the 3 pools is closed awaiting maintenance, but it doesn't detract really, it is still a lovely place to be.

Over the next couple of years there is a lot of reform coming to this  complex & the surrounding area too, so this complex will be in a fantastic position and the future. is very exciting.
